After the story rewrite, Kyoko is a resident of Turitopulis, seen by the fence when you first enter. The old Plainstown airport and Manor appearances belong to earlier versions of the story.
Dialogue rewards after curing Brad
The community reference lists Feel Fine followed by a First Aid Kit when you speak to her in Turitopulis after curing Griefer. Follow her post-cure dialogue rather than searching for a sealed Clock Tower arena.

The card reference describes a Chapter 4 concept that was possibly scrapped. There is no supported acquisition route through a Kyoko boss fight. The previous page’s claim that beating her unlocked that card was incorrect.
