Captain Trotter
HardCaptain Trotter is the tritagonist-turned-antagonist of Chapter 4 and the final boss of the Temple of the Red Sun. A yellow-skinned pirate captain leading the Pirate Crew, he initially makes a deal with the player to let them collect the Firebrand sword — then turns on you. Armed with coin-flip attacks, barrel throws, and the undodgeable Inferno, Trotter switches between Ranged and Melee stances while taking Double Turns. He also appears in The Pit at Floor 49. Defeating him rewards the Firebrand, one of the legendary SFOTH swords.
Bubonic Plant
HardThe final boss of Chapter 2. After defeating Griefer, he impales the Venomshank into his leg and transforms into the monstrous Bubonic Plant in desperation. The Bubonic Plant OST has over 3.2 million YouTube views — making it one of the most iconic boss themes in Block Tales.

Jerry & Terry
HardA chaotic duo encounter featuring Jerry, a card-wielding trickster who was Calypso's placeholder in earlier demos, and Terry, the training bot turned heavyweight brawler. Dr. Sophie
ExtremeDr. Sophie Methylphenidate Hawthorne is the guardian of the Darkheart and a central antagonist in Block Tales Demo 6. First mentioned in Turitopulis when asking Mayor Thaniyel about the Bubonic Plague's origins, she is revealed to be the creator of the Mutant — a failed experiment born from her research into Sword Energy and the visions afflicting sword users. In Demo 6, she pursues the player through the Valley of Stone, declaring "I will get you!" — deploying failed experiments and darkheart-infused attacks in combat. Her fight is split across two phases: first as a sword-energy manipulator, then as her Darkheart Guardian form.
Bigfoot
HardBigfoot is a hidden Chapter 2 boss in Block Tales, summoned by hitting the Mango Tree in the Jeep mini-game area enough times. A massive ape-like creature with devastating slam attacks and a fearsome stomp mechanic. Bigfoot also reappears on Floor 28 of The Pit as a rematch encounter. He is one of the few bosses that can technically be skipped — players who never hit the Mango Tree will never encounter him in the main story. The community considers him a 'secret' boss for completionists.
